He hasn't fucking logged on since Tuesday. What the fuck is this? Why am I being punished with an inactive person? What's with all these people you cast disappearing? I don't fucking get it. Just remove him please. Bring Katie back or something.

Erinn was removed, forcing a tribe to take someone they may not have taken otherwise. Are the circumstances of Erinn's "inactive-ness" and Dave's similar? This should be the deciding factor. If so, precedence should occur and he should be removed. No one knows this but the hosts though, so they should of course be the final judge.

Dave Ball has not been removed because he was here and said that he would return after Thursday because he had his GRE on that day.
Evel Dave was not removed because i was in contact with him and he also said that he would return.
Erinn was removed because she was posting elsewhere and ignoring everyone's messages. Ben was removed because he had posted elsewhere saying that he was boardiciding. Katie Quit the game because she's tired...

So, essentially, the other tribe gets a free elimination at TC and Nay, who didn't even get to pick her partner, has no opportunity to gain an immunity necklace?
Would there be a way to make her privately bet on a partnership, and if they are the last standing, she gets a necklace too or something? I remember being screwed because my partner was inactive and it sucked.
