Day 34 - Tribal Council #18

Day 34 - Tribal Council #18

Postby Jeff Probst » Tue Nov 19, 2013 10:02:17 pm

Welcome everyone,

Let's bring in the jury: Taj, Gregg, Brenda, Naonka, Sarah, Teresa and Willard voted out at the last council. The jury is reminded that they may only post smileys.

First thing's first: Frank, you won Individual Immunity for the third time in a row... You keeping it?

Also players, tonight since there are only 5 of you and everyone is keeping their cards close to chest, you will have only 20 minutes to get your votes in. Voting is due and final at 9:20:00

And why is that?

Was anyone surprised by what Cirie had to say in her time on Exile?

Gina, you were the worst performer in the challenge tonight. Do you fear that the jury might equate your pathetic performance with your overall performance in this game?

Frank, do you know who is going home tonight and will that person be expecting it?

You guys are lucky. I should be doing my homework but I want to be with you all! <3

Rudy, so close to the end now. How are you feeling now that archrival Willard is gone? Relieved?

Paloma, do you think the jury is rooting for anyone in the final 5 in particular? If so, does that play into how you vote tonight?

I think I do. It makes sense to me, and I think it makes sense to other people as well. If it is that person, I think they'd be expecting it.

Gina, were you shocked by Cirie's unknowing confession that you were her back up vote?

Cirie realized she was being watched. I wouldn't take anything she said as actual fact.

Wow, the hosts fucking hate me this season.

I don't think challenge performance has any tie to my overall performance in this game. In fact, I'd say the fact that I haven't needed to win any challenges has been a testament to my skills socially. There are people here who need challenges to stay alive- whereas all I've had to rely on is my social tact and strategy. Last time I checked all the huge challenge threats except Frank are sitting on the jury bench and I'm still playing.

Nope not at all. This alliance of 4 spent the merge throwing each other under the bus and have recently imploded, but I wouldn't surprised if I was still somehow booted tonight. That being said, I haven't trusted someone 100% in a long long time.

Rudy, so close to the end now. How are you feeling now that archrival Willard is gone? Relieved?

Willard's presence never threatened me to begin with. He just served 0 purpose to me which is why I always wanted him gone. I'm always worried about my position in the game.

I was, until I heard the reasoning behind it. It made perfect sense to me afterwards. I was initially taken aback, though because I thought we were super tight.

I think they have their bets, I am just not sure who is rooting for whom. At this point, I try not to think about it. Because even we are now at F5, the finals seems so far to me.

No, but Cirie's reasoning for Gina as her back up vote just seemed... hmm maybe a gif would express this better:
