Well I've looked everywhere and can someone just give me a rundown of whatever the twist is this season, if any at all? I saw an Exile forum on the main page but I didn't get what was going on.

Kim:

There are 3 Tribes, one tribe wins immunity, the other 2 have TC.

The 2 people voted off from each tribe go to Exile, where they wait for the challenge.

Whichever tribe wins the challenge, their leader goes to the exile forum and the 2 People voted off make their case on why they should be saved.

The leader chooses one of them to join their tribe, the other one is gone for good.
